Lou is the former Marketing Director for Baldwin Hardware Corporation and brings a strong foundation of technical hardware knowledge and hands-on experience. He has an engineering background with degrees from Lehigh University and Case Western Reserve University.
With over 20 years of experience in door, cabinet, and specialty hardware, Lou is a true problemsolver who can tackle any hardware challenge.

Emma brings six years of experience in fashion and buying, approaching each opportunity with enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn. She’s passionate about supporting her team and always ready to help—bringing her keen eye for design and attention to detail into the world of architectural hardware.
